First    :

Provide rhizome galanga1 finger (do not removed the skin) and then washed and chewed until smooth. Add a little salt and then swallow and chew again followed by drinking warm water carried out two times a day.

 
Second:

Galanga rhizome Provide two fingers, eight onions, 3 cardamom, eight old Longan fruit, third leg of the horse handheld leaf, fourth leaf cell cumin, ginger rhizome first knuckles. All material is washed and cut into pieces as needed. Enter in a nonmetallic container, add 3 cups of water and boiled until water live a half a glass. Strain into large glass of water and add 4 tablespoons of pure honey. Drunk three times a day once drank half a glass.
